FAUDI takes the protection of your privacy very seriously and wants to be transparent about how your personal data is collected, processed and shared by us. The personal data collected through our services is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

FAUDI processes various personal data obtained through your use of FAUDI EasyControl, such as your IP address, name, email address, the date and time of your visit and your location. This data is collected for the following purposes:

  • Providing and monitoring our services

FAUDI collects your personal data when you:

  • Register or sign up for our services
  • Voluntarily provide this information in our services

  • It is necessary for the provision of our services to you;

The parties that process your personal data on our behalf are:

  • IT hosting provider
  • IT monitoring provider

We store your personal data for as long as you use our services. The data will be deleted if you decide to delete your FAUDI EasyControl account.

You have the right to request FAUDI to provide access to and/or improve, amend, delete or block certain parts of your personal data. Please contact us to exercise your rights using our contact information below.

The FAUDI EasyControl app uses cookies from us and from third parties to collect information. Cookies are essential for the effective operation of the FAUDI EasyControl App.

  • Provide EasyControl functionalities (functional cookies);

Since these cookies are necessary for us to provide our services to you, there is no way to disable them.
