This system has to provide an impressive filtration capacity of 20,000 liters per minute with a filter fineness of 30 µm. During the design phase, the focus was on aspects such as installation space, insertion, system redundancy and a downstream recycling concept.

Our solution in detail
Vacuum filter with pre-separator and backflush filter
To tackle these challenges, we developed a customized filter system. This central system comprises two vacuum filter systems with a pre-separator and a FAUDI backflush filter, which are installed upstream of the machine tools in Bosch’s production facility in Mexico.
We carried out all design, assembly and testing work 100% in-house. This solution enables the efficient filtration of 20,000 liters per minute and a filter fineness of 30 µm.
